I’ve been door-knocking over the last few days and am still meeting voters who haven’t made up their minds. They’re looking for something different. They’re ready for change – but they need to hear from us.
These last few weeks of the campaign are our final chance to connect with our community and fight for change here in Wills. We’ve been saying this all along – this campaign is going to take all of us.
I’m so proud of what our movement here in Wills has achieved so far. Together we’ve knocked on over 60,000 doors, smashing Greens campaigning records, and talking to voters in every corner of this electorate. We’ve built something truly special together and never been so close to a historic victory here in Wills.
Speaking to voters about the issues that matter to them is our most powerful tool for change. Our policies are popular. People want to see billionaires and big corporations pay their fair share of tax. They want to see real solutions to the housing crisis and an end to new coal and gas projects.
We only have 11 days left to tell voters – it doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t have to choose between the timid and the terrible, a battle of the bandaids. The real, transformative change that our communities need is achievable – if we fight for it. This is a people powered campaign, and every bit helps!
